The ShoreTel Unified Communications system was deployed with N + 1 resilience on a server with ShoreTel switches. They also chose ShoreTel for adding Enterprise Contact Center to cater for future contracts they will deliver. SIP trunks delivered the flexibility they needed for their location move.


Datasharp were able to offer a migration solution that allowed us to move premises and to run an alternative system more or less in parallel with the new system to make sure the transition was going to be seamless. “It worked perfectly, like a dream.”
